2010年4月7日，时任黑龙江省省长栗战书、发改委主任宋希斌等领导前往该项目作调研考察，栗省长对我司在黑龙江省的发展规划和实际工作均作出 高度评价。
On April 7th 2010,Mr. Li Zhanshu, Governor of Heilongjiang Province and Mr. Song Xibin, Director of the Development and Reform Commission of Heilongjiang Province made a visit to the project site,and Governor Li gave a high mark to the development planning and practice made byChant Group overall Heilongjiang Province.
